Donny is a young Italian chef who began learning the art of cooking at an early age thanks to his family's restaurant, where he learned the basics that will give him the skills to work in many kitchens around the world. Subsequently, for about 13 years he worked in various restaurants in Australia, Italy, Spain and Thailand where he currently carries out private service. His cuisine is typical Italian where he tries to tell through his dishes the origins from which he comes, combining ingredients originating from the Italian peninsula with new cooking techniques.
